Scenario

Forecast 16613: "in 3 minutes ago"... SOC is at 100%, this seems to confuse the algorithm somehow?

Expectation

The scenario should not result in a negative "full_in" value.

Correction for 17046: the SOC forecast starts at 30%, even though the SOC as per the inverter history ends at 50%. Why?

Both should be fixed, commit e274b00 introduces "low right now", and a75bac4 changes how we forecast the SOC (by taking into account the latest SOC reported by the inverter).
